Photographs

We take exhaustive photographs as part of the Check in process and these are made available to our clerks at Check out.  Almost all issues noted at Check out are backed up with photographs which are included in our reports. 

Providing vital clarity, this helps enormously in minimising disputes and assists hugely in the deposit return negotiations post tenancy.

Reports

Your finished report will be clear, relevant and easy to use. The pdf format ensures speed, security, versatility and traceability.

Our flexible service means your report can be tailored to suit your requirements. You can choose between two types of Check out report, either indicating liability or not. 

Effortless information

Digital data collection means electronic reports reach you quickly, within a maximum of two working days. We can also send hard copies if that’s what you need.

For every new tenancy, where the Check in uses a LiveOak inventory, we’ll update and create a new, clean inventory for the cost of the standard Check in.
