What is a Check in?

At the start of a tenancy, our clerks will be on site to record the condition of the property and its contents, and take meter readings and details of keys issued.

Why the Check in process?

Begin a new tenancy as you mean to go on. A detailed and clear Check in will avoid ambiguities and potential disputes.

Where the Check in uses a LiveOak inventory, we will update and create a new, clean inventory for the cost of the standard Check in.
